Terms of service

ProductEyes is a service of Omnitech Ventures, doing business as ProductEyes (“ProductEyes”, “we”). We provide AI agent design, installation, and operation for client businesses, delivered through the ProductEyes client portal and the agents installed for each client. Your use of the portal and of any installed agent is governed by these terms and by the service agreement between ProductEyes and your business. If they conflict, the service agreement controls.

You need an account to use the portal. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at hello@producteyes.co if you suspect unauthorized use. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for the requests and approvals made in their workspace.

Installed agents act within the scope and launch mode your business approved. Outputs that leave the system or change business records go through the approval gates shown in the portal. Agents can make mistakes; review outputs that matter before relying on them, and use the portal to request changes. ProductEyes assigns a human owner to every installed agent.

Members of a client workspace may choose to text the agents installed for their business. Opting in is voluntary, done by the member for their own number only, in portal settings, by agreeing to the consent statement and confirming a one-time code. Consent is given directly to ProductEyes for this program and is not bundled into any other agreement.

Messages are conversational: you text an agent and receive its reply, plus occasional follow-ups on work you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also remove your number in portal settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program terms are at producteyes.co/sms. How we handle your mobile number is set out in our privacy policy, which states:

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Do not use the portal or any agent to break the law, to send unsolicited or deceptive messages, to infringe others' rights, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Fees are set out in your business's service agreement and shown in the portal's billing section. Unless the agreement says otherwise, fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

Your business owns the information it provides and the work product delivered to it under the service agreement. ProductEyes owns the portal, its underlying agent designs, tooling, and know-how. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided as described in your service agreement. To the fullest extent the law allows, ProductEyes disclaims implied warranties, and its total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees your business paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are notified to workspace owners. Questions: hello@producteyes.co.
