Privacy policy

Who we are
ProductEyes is a service of Omnitech Ventures, doing business as ProductEyes (“ProductEyes”, “we”, “us”). We install and run AI agents for the businesses we work with, through the ProductEyes client portal and the agents installed for each client. This is the one privacy policy for ProductEyes, including its text messaging program. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@producteyes.co.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, company, role, and login credentials.
- Business information you share with us: workflow maps, requests, documents, approvals, and messages you exchange with ProductEyes and with the agents installed for your business.
- Mobile number and messaging data: if you choose to text your agents, the mobile number you verify in portal settings, your consent to receive texts, the messages you send to and receive from your agents, and delivery records.
- Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, and activity within the portal, used to keep the service secure and working.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the service: run and improve the agents installed for your business, route your requests to the right people and agents, show you what work is being done, and bill you. To communicate with you about your account and your work. To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
Texting is optional. Only members of a ProductEyes client workspace can opt in, and only for their own mobile number, by entering it in portal settings, agreeing to receive texts, and confirming a one-time code. Your mobile number and consent are used solely to route text messages between you and the agents installed for your business and to send you a one-time verification code. Message frequency varies with how often you text your agents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full program terms are at producteyes.co/sms.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services to us, such as the messaging provider that delivers our texts. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions to run the service: hosting and database providers, our text messaging and email delivery providers, our payment processor, and the AI model providers that power the agents. Each receives only what it needs for its function. We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of ProductEyes, our clients, and others. We do not share, sell, or rent personal information, mobile numbers, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your workspace is active and as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Messages with your agents form part of your business's work record and are retained with it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging of agent actions.
Your choices
You can update your profile and remove your mobile number in portal settings at any time, or reply STOP to any text. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@producteyes.co. Deleting information that your business relies on may be subject to your workspace owner's approval.
Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify workspace owners through the portal or by email.
